Dr. Lehrman graduated from Ursinus College in 1997. He then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (now Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine). After undergraduate training, Dr. Lehrman completed a prestigious three-year surgical residency at the Crozer Keystone Health System. He has been in partnership with Dr. Samuel at Foot and Ankle Specialists since 2004. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. In his role as an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, Department of Surgery Dr. Lehrman has lectured at the school and has had students spend their clerkship month with him in the office.

He enjoys teaching 4th-year podiatry students when they rotate through Crozer. Dr. Lehrman trains the surgical residents at the Crozer Keystone Health System Podiatric Residency Program. Well respected in the podiatric community, Dr. Lehrman has lectured at podiatry conferences across the country. Keeping up with current trends and medical literature is important to Dr. Lehrman. He is proud to have co-authored an article in the internationally renowned Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and published a case report on wound healing. Dr. Lehrman is one of the few podiatrists in the area using the powerful tool of Total Contact Casting to achieve excellent outcomes in wound healing. He puts this into practice at the Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine at Crozer-Chester Medical Center where he is a staff clinician and supervises Hyperbaric Medicine.
