H J Waukau BA

HJ Waukau is the Policy and Population Health Specialist with the Wisconsin Medical Society and specializes in health care reform and Medicaid finance. Prior to joining the Society he served as a Budget and Policy Analyst for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, where he reviewed and implemented several critical Medicaid programs for the Affordable Care Act and Wisconsin’s Medicaid Waiver under Governor Scott Walker. He holds a Master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor’s in political science from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
