Dr. Fred DeFrancesch is the founder of Neuromuscular Medical Associates, a private, multispecialty group serving southeast Louisiana with locations in Hammond, Metairie,  and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. DeFrancesch is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Internal Medicine, Spinal Cord Injury and Pain Medicine. He has extensive experience in both non-interventional and interventional modalities used in the treatment of pain, including spinal cord stimulation and a wide spectrum of minimally invasive spine procedures.
