Colleen M. Majewski MD

Colleen Majewski, MD, is an endocrinologist with a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of high blood pressure. She provides the highest level of care for patients who have hypertension in addition to other complex conditions, including type 2 diabetes. Dr. Majewski's research focuses on the interaction between adipocytes (fat cells) and aldosterone (a hormone that helps the kidneys to regulate salt-water balance). By studying these important endocrine functions, she hopes to develop targeted therapies to reduce the incidence of obesity-related diseases.
