Andrew Siderowf, MD, MSCE, has joined the Department of Neurology at Penn Medicine as Director of the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center and Chief of the Movement Disorders Division. Dr. Siderowf received his medical degree from Duke University and a subsequent Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in Movement Disorders and Experimental Therapeutics at the University of Rochester.

Dr. Siderowf's research focuses on clinical trials in Parkinson’s disease and the use of biomarkers as outcome measures for clinical trials. His clinical practice specializes in movement disorders and neurodegenerative diseases, including Parkinson’s disease and related Parkinsonian disorders, essential tremor, Huntington’s disease, dystonia, and Tourette’s syndrome.
