Amber Ladd MA, CCC-SLP, BCBA

Amber Ladd is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience specializing in pediatric communication and behavioral intervention. She is the co-owner of The TALK Team, a pediatric speech therapy clinic in Fresno, California. Amber received her Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies, with an emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology, from California State University, Fresno. Throughout her career, she has worked in both public schools and private practice, developing expertise in treating children with.

Alongside her clinical work and leadership at The TALK Team, Amber supervises graduate students at California State University, Fresno who work with children on the autism spectrum. She is an active member of the California Speech-Language and Hearing Association (CSHA) and is dedicated to training speech-language pathologists, behavior therapists, and parents to support children with communication needs effectively. Amber has also presented at the CSHA annual conference and conducted professional trainings for clinics and school districts across California.
