Course Description :
This course will discuss the biology, rationale and preclinical development of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) modified T cells as an anti-cancer therapy, current results and future applications in cancer immunotherapy.
Learning Objectives :
• Explain the biology, rationale and preclinical development of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells.
• Assess the current results using CAR T cells for relapsed/refractory B-ALL.
• Describe the future application of CAR T cells in cancer immunotherapy.
