• Select appropriate therapeutic regimens for early and metastatic TNBC
• Identify the importance of defective DNA repair and determine how PARP inhibitors can be effective in patients with BRCA-mutated and BRCA-like TNBC
• Evaluate novel therapeutic approaches to manage metastatic HER2-positive and triple-negative breast cancer, including the role of novel tyrosine kinase inhibitors, androgen receptor blockade, and immune checkpoint inhibitors
