Struggles in the OR in Early Practice and Beyond is organized by Orthopaedic Trauma Association (OTA).

Description:
The goal is to assure early attendings that everyone has feelings of inadequacy when they feel they cannot execute a case perfectly. The target audience is residents, fellows, and early career attendings.

Learning Objectives:
After completing this activity, learners will be able to:
To hear other surgeons share their stories of difficulty while operating
• To discuss methods of support when going through a difficult case
• To discuss methods of moving on after a difficult case
