Primary care physicians, cardiologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists who treat patients with non-vascular atrial fibrillation.

Statement of Need
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia in clinical practice and a leading cause of morbidity and mortality. When treating non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF), the importance of tools that can engage patients in their own care should not be overlooked. Digital health tools such as digital coaching and use of e-consults help foster shared decision-making and facilitate collaborative care strategies, thus optimizing treatment outcomes and costs.
