Overview:
Globally, human papillomaviruses (HPV) are responsible for virtually 100% of cervical cancers, 75% of vaginal cancers, 69% of vulvar cancers, 91% of anal cancers, 63% of penile cancers, approximately 70% of oropharyngeal cancers, and almost all cases of genital warts. This activity provides an update on the prevention of HPV-related cancers and the newly expanded vaccine indications.

Learning Objectives:
• Summarize the burden of HPV-related disease in men and women
• Discuss the efficacy and safety of available HPV vaccines
• Immunize appropriate individuals to prevent HPV-related disease.
