OVERVIEW

Module 2 – Compartment-Based Management: Tailoring Therapy to Disease Burden is organized by i3 Health.

Dates Available:
August 27, 2026 - August 26, 2027

STATEMENT OF NEED:
Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), including mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome, requires multidimensional assessment because disease may manifest independently or concurrently in the skin, peripheral blood, lymph nodes, and visceral organs. TNMB staging and standardized response criteria provide a framework for measuring disease burden and evaluating treatment response across these compartments. Module 2 of this Clinical Insights Microlearning Series will explore objective assessment of each CTCL disease compartment, how compartment burden informs treatment selection, how to define clinically meaningful response, and how to manage discordant improvement or progression during therapy. It will feature insights from Larisa J. Geskin, MD, FAAD, Professor of Dermatology in Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, and Steven M. Horwitz, MD, Member and Attending Physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply compartment-based assessment in CTCL to determine how discordant responses impact treatment selection and monitoring strategies
