Course Description & Objectives: 
This lecture/discussion course is designed to familiarize doctors and other health care workers with common issues related to psychological disorders and with appropriate responses by non-mental health professionals when working with clients with possible psychological disorders. This course will focus on general symptoms and characteristics, Schizotypal Disorder, Delusional Disorder, Brief Psychotic Disorder, Schizophreniform Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Substance/Medication-Induced Psychotic Disorder.
