OVERVIEW
Medical Crossfire : Optimizing Treatment and Management of Soft Tissue Sarcoma in Community Oncology is organized by Physicians Education Resource, LLC (PER) and would be held during Nov 30, 2016 - Nov 30, 2017.
The target audience for this medical event for medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, and radiation oncologists in the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma. Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in the treatment and management of patients with sarcoma will be invited to participate. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Conference Objectives are :
• Explain disease heterogeneity in advanced soft tissue sarcomas (STS) and its impact on treatment strategies and
methods to overcome challenges to optimized diagnoses in the field.
• Discuss novel mechanistic approaches for the care of patients with metastatic or unresectable STS.
• Integrate a multimodal approach that engages community-based oncologists to communicate with sarcoma
specialists to manage multimodality sequencing in multiple lines of care for patients with STS.
