Intraoperative Awareness Course is organized by American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) and will be held during Nov 20, 2012 - Nov 19, 2018.
The target audience for this medical event is Anesthesiologists. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 0.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Conference Description:
This case-based CME program educates through the presentation of patient safety scenarios and is available exclusively online.
Conference Objectives are:
• Identify possible risk factors and causes of intraoperative awareness.
• Explain the psychological impact that intraoperative awareness may have on a patient.
• Provide appropriate follow-up care to patients who experience intraoperative awareness.
• Summarize key concepts from the Practice Advisory for Intraoperative Awareness and Brain Function Monitoring report.
