Statement of Need:
Remembering guidelines, practice algorithms, and other clinical recommendations can be a challenge for busy clinicians. Luckily, when it comes to pain management, there's an APP for that!

The mission of the International Neuromodulation Society (INS) and the Polyanalgesic Consensus Conference (PACC) is to use current literature and clinical knowledge to provide recommendations that support safety and efficacy in patients with refractory chronic pain and who are candidates for intrathecal therapy. The new PACC recommendations reflect updated guidance and practice algorithms to meet current gaps in practice, and physicians should use these guidelines when implementing intrathecal therapy in order to improve patient care through application of evidence-based treatment.
