Conference Description:
This course will explain the concept and research supporting precision medicine and the scientific process of targeted escalation and de-escalation of care to increase efficacy and reduce morbidity.

Learning Objectives:
• Compare results from neoadjuvant breast cancer trials and their confirmatory phase 3 adjuvant trials.
• Describe results from the I SPY 2 adaptive platform trial in breast cancer.
• Reconcile the recent adjuvant trials showing that both more therapy and less therapy are better.
• Assess a more personalized approach to patient treatment.
