Nurse
• Given a simulated case of a patient at risk for diabetes, or who has pre-diabetes, describe strategies to slow disease progression.
• Given a simulated patient with diabetes, select non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic interventions that aim to control diabetes.
• Develop a monitoring plan and educational plan for a patient with diabetes.

Pharmacist
