Course Overview:
This webcast will cover strategies to implement in practice to reduce the barriers to insulin initiation, review current guideline recommendations to initiate and titrate insulin in patients with T2DM, compare and contrast currently available basal insulin formulations, and identify the pros and cons of different insulin regimens.
