Despite significant advances in the treatment of advanced melanoma with ICIs, challenges remain in tailoring therapy based on the latest clinical evidence. This CaseCare360 guides oncologists and advanced practice providers through key decision points along the melanoma disease course, emphasizing the importance of shared decision-making. Using a simulated patient journey, participants will review evidence-based strategies for individualizing use of ICIs, including subcutaneous anti–programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) options. Faculty will highlight best practices for adjuvant treatment after resection, selecting combination regimens for advanced disease, and monitoring and managing immune-related adverse events to optimize long-term outcomes and quality of life.
