Aging Brain Part 2: Aging Brain Diseases is organized by American Society on Aging (ASA) and will be held on Aug 07, 2019. This Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1 complimentary CE credit.
Many people experience normal changes as they age. However, there are a significant number of aging adults that start to experience changes in their cognition that impact their daily life. This is a sign that they may be developing a brain aging disease. This disease can abnormally affect memory, cognition and functioning. People affected by brain aging diseases may start to exhibit symptoms that interfere with daily life. These symptoms can be scary and overwhelming to older adults and their families. Professionals are often consulted for information and support about aging brain issues. Register for this web seminar to learn how to communicate with families about normal and abnormal brain aging and learn about the resources that exist to help families navigate these brain changes.
