#7135 Understanding Diagnostic Imaging Results for Better Rehabilitation is organized by MotivationsCEU.
Description:
Clinicians are exposed to diagnostic imaging in multiple settings. Therapists in some states are responsible for ordering and understanding diagnostic images, and thus they need to understand differences in diagnostic imaging. In addition, those clinicians who are evaluating patients and discussing their diagnostic findings, must have a knowledge of abnormal conditions. This course focuses on specific abnormalities and signs seen in various imaging for back conditions (Ankylosing spondylitis, DISH, disc injuries, Spondylolisthesis), Rotator cuff injuries, knee and ankle injuries. Imaging reviewed includes radiographs, MRI, Diagnostic imaging, and CT scans as they relate to various conditions seen by clinicians. Participants will be better equipped to provide the best evidence supported treatment when combined with the knowledge of diagnostic images.
