Motivations Inc. provides continuing education (CEU) courses for medical rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and athletic trainers.

Founded in 1999 by Jane Boston, M.Ed., Motivations CEU began with a vision to provide high-quality continuing education (CEU) courses for rehabilitation professionals. After 15 years of experience as a medical social worker and then Executive Director of a 250-employee outpatient rehab center in Aiken, SC, she lead the development of rehab programs on many levels of care from inpatient acute care, to outpatient, to home health and hospice. From that experience, she was inspired watching therapists strong desire for training as they were faced with patients each day looking to medical rehab to restore their life after an accident or illness, or parents who had hopes and ambitions for their children with challenges.

​Motivations CEU held its first course in February 1999 in South Carolina, expanding quickly to surrounding states, nationwide, and now with international reach. As a leader in the field, the company pioneered live PT CEU webinars in January 2012 and introduced an extensive video library in 2018, offering easy access to CEU training hours for its customers.
