Overview:
Breast cancer represents a complicated family of diseases for which detection, diagnosis, and multimodal management strategies are continually evolving. With each lesson learned about the biology of these diseases, and with each improvement to the standards of care, new questions, challenges, and controversies arise. Therefore, practice-focused education that enables you to integrate the highest-quality methodologies into your clinic is essential. For 37 years, the multidisciplinary Miami Breast Cancer Conference® has met this educational need—bringing together surgical, medical, and radiation oncologists, as well as geneticists, pathologists, radiologists, and supportive care specialists—to improve the care for patients with breast cancer.
In March 2021, the 38th Annual Miami Breast Cancer Conference® will continue this tradition and use innovative virtual technology to deliver the robust educational programming and top-notch presentations for which this conference is known. New in 2021, we have expanded our afternoon programming with additional tracks on pathology, radiation oncology, and nursing. To accommodate our international learners in non-US time zones, an international track will also be offered. Additionally, this year’s virtual program will feature world-class tumor board panels, multidisciplinary meet-the-expert sessions, poster talks, lively debates, and much, much more. Included among the many important clinical and practical topics on the agenda are contemporary management issues, oncology care in the COVID-19 era, practical application of genomics information, and patient-centered care. Register today to join us at the 38th Annual Miami Breast Cancer Conference®.
