Overview:
The “Eerie ENT Cases” activity offers participants a unique one-day learning experience that sets aside perfection momentarily in favor of openly discussing adverse outcomes and near misses in otolaryngology. In addition to content that focuses on adverse events and near misses, the virtual activity will close with an award ceremony for the scariest photo and scariest video.

Objectives:
• Discuss complex ENT cases in an environment that empowers learning from shared experiences
• Identify issues that may contribute to adverse outcomes or patient safety risks and employ strategies to avoid them in practice
• Explore the clinical approaches to prevention and management of patients presenting with ENT disorders
