Dr. Roxana Moayer is an American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) fellowship-trained Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Davis where her academic achievement placed her on the dean's list. Dr. Moayer completed medical school at the Keck School of Medicine of USC where she graduated in the top 16% of her class and was awarded the prestigious Howard P. House Award for excellence in Otolaryngology. She went on to complete residency training in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery at UCLA where she was awarded first place prize at the 86th Annual Research Study Club of Los Angeles for her work in hair restoration research. Dr. Moayer then moved to Philadelphia for one year for advanced training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at one of the highest volume AAFPRS accredited training programs in the country, Jefferson Facial Plastics.

Dr. Moayer is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and excellent results. She is a California native who encourages overall health, wellness, and active living. She works tirelessly to ensure her patients are well-informed and listened to. She has special interests in facial reanimation, facial rejuvenation, and hair restoration. She is one of the few surgeons to offer selective neurolysis surgery for synkinesis. This procedure can be done through a facelift incision with or without facelift surgery. Dr. Moayer supports the Face-to-Face facial plastic surgery program against domestic violence and offers facial reconstruction for domestic violence victims.
