• [1] Physician (Default Registration Type): No additional documentation is required.
• [2] Allied Health Professionals: This category is intended for Nurses, Dieticians, Dentists, Physiotherapists, Midwives, Industry executives, and other non-physician allied healthcare professionals. You must upload a letter from your employer confirming your workplace or a copy of your professional ID during registration.
• [3] Low & Lower-middle Income Countries: This category is for physicians working in countries classified as low or lower-middle income according to the World Bank Country Classification. A letter from your employer verifying your workplace or a copy of your medical ID is required.
• [4] Trainee & Resident: This category is for trainees and residents under 35. During online registration, you must submit a confirming letter from your supervisor or employer, along with a passport or ID, as proof of age.
• [5] Undergraduate Student: This rate is strictly for undergraduate students in their initial university-level studies. If you have completed your first level of undergraduate studies and are currently a PhD student or a resident, you are not eligible for this rate. Submit a copy of your University Student ID with valid dates. To qualify for the undergraduate student rate, you must be 25 years old or younger and verified by a passport or ID.

The fee for IN-PERSON participation includes:

• Participation in Scientific Sessions: Attendees can join all scheduled sessions in various halls throughout the event, allowing them to participate in live discussions and presentations.
• Welcome Reception: An invitation to this event is included, providing a great networking opportunity with other attendees and speakers in a relaxed setting.
• Refreshment Breaks: Registrants are provided with coffee and lunch during the breaks scheduled in the scientific program, which are great times for informal networking and discussions.
• Access to Recorded Sessions: Attendees can access the session recordings via EIP’s Attendee Hub. This feature allows participants to view sessions they might have missed or want to revisit. The recordings are available as videos on-demand for 90 days following the conference, enhancing the learning experience by allowing attendees to learn at their own pace post-conference.
• Certificate of Attendance: Earn CME credits attributed to the EIP2026 Meeting depending on the number of sessions you attended in the halls, online, or watched as videos on demand.

The fee for ONLINE participation includes:

• Online Access to Scientific Sessions: Online participants can watch all parallel sessions live as they are streamed online, enabling remote attendance from anywhere in the world.
• Recorded Sessions Access: Similar to in-person participants, online attendees can access the session recordings on EIP’s Attendee Hub. This access allows them to view sessions later or catch up on what they missed, and it is available for 90 days after the event.
• E-Poster Platform Access: Online registration includes access to a digital collection of e-posters. Attendees can view posters at their convenience, interact with the abstract authors, and engage with other colleagues globally through the e-poster platform, fostering professional connections and discussions.
• Certificate of Attendance: Earn CME credits attributed to the EIP2026 Meeting depending on the number of sessions you attended online or watched as videos on-demand.
