The New York State Osteopathic Medical Society (NYSOMS) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic medical education to physicians. A full refund minus a $75.00 processing fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before March 28, 2024 in writing. After that point, no refunds will be given. All grievances should be directed to: Executive Director, NYSOMS, NYIT de Seversky Mansion, Room 107, Old Westbury, NY 11568. If at any point, NYSOMS has to cancel the event, NYSOMS will issue a full refund. If the event is switched to a virtual platform, the attendee will be given the option of a refund.
