Accepted Methods of Payment

• All registration fees must be paid in advance in AED to Medetarian Conference Organizing LLC.
• Payments should be made through Credit/Debit Card only
• For Onsite Payment - In order to protect our community, we preferred to accept payment with your credit card or Mobile pay.

For Cancellation and Substitutions

• Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
• If you cancel before 04 January 2023, you will receive a full refund less the 20% administration fee.
• Notification of cancellation received after 04 January 2023 will be responsible for the 100% full registration fee or non-refundable.
• Substitutions will be accepted until 04 February 2023.

Precautionary Measures against COVID-19

• The 6th International Multi-Disciplinary Breast Conference is keeping a careful eye on the current COVID-19 status and receiving updates from local health authorities and international credible sources.
• The 6th International Multi-Disciplinary Breast Conference will take place on 02-04 March 2023, as planned.
• Our top goal is the safety of our participants.

Cancellation of the Conference

• The 6th International Multi-Disciplinary Breast Conference cannot be held liable in the event of strikes, floods, fires, “unforeseen circumstances,” or any other situations beyond the control of the Congress Organizer that results in the partial or complete cancellation of the event (and any part of its program). There will be no reimbursement of registration fees or hotel pre-payments/deposits.
