Tailored for professionals with a solid foundation in ultrasound, this program is ideal for O&G registrars, emergency registrars and physicians, rural and remote GPs, nurse practitioners, midwives, and GP trainees.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of key anatomical and pathological concepts, refine their ability to perform and interpret trans-abdominal early pregnancy ultrasounds, and learn how to confirm intrauterine pregnancies. The course also covers recognising the limitations of trans-abdominal scans and identifying when transvaginal scans are necessary. Attendees will develop practical skills for labelling and recording scans and creating structured reports for integration into medical records.

The program includes pre-course study materials (5–10 hours) to ensure you arrive prepared, along with focused sessions on normal early pregnancy, first-trimester complications, and the integration of ultrasound into clinical practice.
