2026 UTHealth Houston Sports Psychiatry Conference: Mind of the Game is organized by McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston and will be held on Mar 28, 2026 at TMC Helix Park, Houston, Texas, United States of America.

Objectives:

• Describe models of interdisciplinary collaboration that align sports psychiatry, sports medicine, psychology, and athletic training within an integrated framework for athlete care and performance optimization.
• Apply trauma-informed and culturally sensitive frameworks when evaluating and managing athlete mental health to promote psychological safety, trust, and equitable care outcomes.
• Integrate neuroscientific principles and data-driven tools (e.g., sleep metrics, neurofeedback, and virtual reality applications) into individualized athlete performance and mental health plans.
