    Cancellation Policies: 
    All sales are final because the entire course material is given to the purchaser at the time of the order. Considerable expense is incurred to secure the client's CME credit and maintain their space on the learning portal. Also, because our live dates are very small (average 4 per class), we must treat each seat like a concert or airline ticket. non-refundable.

    Should the purchaser be unable to attend due to illness, then one reschedule of the live class to the same class on a different date in the same location shall be permitted provided they notify PracticalCME at least 24 hours prior to the live class. A no-show of a live date will result in forfeiture of the tution.

    CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    Once the conference is ordered, the tuition is non-refundable since the entire course is delivered online to be completed in advance of the live training date.

    One complimentary reschedule of the live hands-on date due to illness is permitted.
