This year’s theme is Health. Justice. Love. Embracing Connection, Equity, and Innovation in Ob-Gyn Education. Educational sub-topics are:
- Self-Care, Compassion, and Connection: Well-being and professional growth
- Extending Our Impact: Population and community health
- Embracing Technology: Integration of technology and curricular innovations
- Embracing the Transition: Transitions from UME to GME, and GME to independent practice
- Fostering Compassion, Encouraging Inclusion: Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in education
The APGO and ACOG community is committed to the elimination of systemic racism and the resultant disparities in health care and the learning environment.
Learning Objectives:
At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Describe the benefits of a coaching approach to managing change in your OBGYN training programs.
- Develop a plan to incorporate coaching into your own educational repertoire.
- Describe how to enhance our efforts to amplify and maintain a focus on population health while developing and improving OBGYN education programs.
- Describe ways to improve self-care and wellbeing in medicine.

Refunds will not be given for no-shows. In rare cases, exceptions may be made. Any requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing.
