The faculty will be comprised of known experts, will offer insights, latest research, case presentations and clinical guidelines.

If you cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $95 administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by CDEI-Snowmass before December 22, 2023.
No refunds will be made on or after December 22, 2023..
