4th Seaweed for Health Conference 2022 is organized by DIS Congress Service A/S and will be held from Aug 24 - 26, 2022 at the Faculty of Science, Rúa Doutor Temes Fernández, Ourense, Galicia, Spain.

Our dream is that seaweed will one day be a part of every person's daily life as a healthy food. We are inviting people with experience and knowledge to the international "Seaweed for Health” conference. The conference will cover topics such as health research and business interest in maximizing seaweed use.

Seaweeds are abundant in nutrients and bioactive. The "Seaweed for Health Conference" will provide a forum for people of all backgrounds to discuss the health-promoting effects of seaweed compounds. This includes novel functional ingredients that can be used in the formulation of food and feed, nutraceuticals as well as cosmeceuticals. We will also discuss regulatory and toxicological issues, as well as the barriers to industrial exploitation and commercialization.
