DIS Congress Service A/S

DIS Congress Service is specialised in organising congresses, conferences and meetings. DIS Congress Service was established in 1952 and is the world's oldest PCO (Professional Congress Organiser). With their more than 60 years of experience we can look back on approx. 3,000 completed events.

The portfolio of successful events, which DIS has been involved in is ranging from one day meetings or VIP events for 70 people to major scientific congresses up to 15,000 participants. Most of the events have 300 to 2,000 delegates.

Their professional team has a theoretical background from universities, business schools and the financial sector. All project managers at DIS are IAPCO Seminar certified. On top of this the whole DIS team has many years experience of the meeting industry, which naturally gives our clients a certainty of high quality.

Through the membership of IAPCO (International Association of Professional Congress organisers), MPI (Meeting Professionals International) and ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), they can ensure a continuous and timely updating of our knowledge.

History:
DIS Congress Service was founded in 1952 as a part of the DIS Fund (Denmark's International Student Committee) but was separated from the Fund in 1987 and in 1989 purchased by Henning Klestrup.
