11th Annual Stroke & Neurological Disease Conference is organized by Foundation for Advanced Cardiovascular Education and Training (FACET). This onsite medical conference will be held on May 01, 2021, at The Westin Galleria Dallas, Dallas, Texas, United States of America.
Target Audience:
This course is designated for internists, emergency physicians, neurologists, radiologists, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, radiology technicians, EMTs and Paramedics who care for patients in any setting where stroke care is provided.

Description:
The purpose of this conference is to update physicians and healthcare professionals on the evidence supporting current clinical practice in neurovascular and skull base medicine. As a result of attending this course, participants should be able to:
• Recognize the critical safety and outcomes differences between how low-volume and high-volume stroke centers for both ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke
• Evaluate the data on recent updates for the treatment of ischemic stroke
• Identify the diseases processes and treatment options available for treating the anterior and lateral skull base
• Recognize the traumatic vascular injuries to the head and neck that may require emergent endovascular repair
