University of British Columbia (UBC) Care of the Elderly Intensive Review Course is organized by University of British Columbia Continuing Professional Development (UBC CPD) and will be held from Feb 06 - 09, 2019 at UBC Robson Square, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The target audience for this medical event is General Practitioners, Geriatricians, & Nurse Practitioners. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 22.0 Mainpro+.

Overview :
This four-day intensive course o-ers a unique small group learning opportunity for practitioners who wish to gain practical skills to take back to their communities. The days will include presentations from UBC faculty experts, case-based discussions, interactive polls, self-reflection quizzes, and hands-on workshops.

Learning Objectives :
• Review comprehensive geriatric topics
• Become more comfortable in dealing with complex issues in older adults
• Gain practical assessment skills (i.e. cognitive testing)
