Heather D’oyley MSc, MBA, MD, FRCPC

Heather D’Oyley, MSc, MBA, MD, FRCPC is a Vancouver-based geriatric psychiatrist. She is the Physician Lead for Vancouver Community Older Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Service, seeing patients in their homes and within residential care on an urgent and ongoing basis.

Additionally, she also works as a consultant psychiatrist for medically and psychiatrically frail seniors admitted at Vancouver General Hospital. Within these roles, she is often called upon to utilize a framework of adult protection, including use of the Adult Guardianship Act, in the clinical care of her patients.
