Assessment and Ideas for the Treatment of the Thorax in Adults with Neurological Damage is organized by National Centre of Rehabilitation Education (NCORE) and will be held on Feb 05, 2019 at London Road Community Hospital, Derby, England, United Kingdom.
The target audience for this medical event is aimed at qualified therapy staff who are working in adult neurology and have already attended the course: Posture and Balance as it relates to Selective control of the Upper Limb or can evidence having attended course(s) of a similar content and level. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 5.5 CPD hours.
Conference Objectives :
• Undertake a structured assessment of the thorax as they relate to posture and movement.
• Clinically reason the significance of thoracic alignment on an individual's ability to move.
• Begin to develop treatment ideas relating to the thorax - its alignment and influence on function.
• Gain feedback on handling skills relating to the thorax in a practical setting.
