OVERVIEW

AAOS Articular Cartilage Restoration: Current, Emerging, and Advanced Techniques is organized by American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons / American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and will be held from Feb 07 - 09, 2019 at OLC Education & Conference Center, Rosemont, Illinois, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is Orthopaedic surgeons and PAs with a practice focus in sports medicine interested in learning simple and advanced procedures for cartilage restoration. • Perform various procedures including ACI harvest and implantation, osteochondral allograft, meniscal transplantation, and autograft implantation to ensure restoration for active young patients
• Identify how to correct failed open and arthroscopic procedures and manage complications
• Apply the utilization of the newest techniques to correct alignment and applications of meniscal replacement and difficult meniscus repairs
• Discuss and review appropriate rehabilitation and ethical coding associated with all procedures presented at this course.
