2019 Winter Family Medicine Update is organized by Missouri Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (MSACOFP) and will be held from Jan 24 - 27, 2019 at Hilton Garden Inn Independence, Independence, Missouri, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is Family Physicians, General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals and Any Primary Health Care Provider. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 29 AOA Category 1-A Credits.

Conference Description:
This conference is a scientific program presenting a variety of medical topics by prominent physicians and educators to assist the family physician and primary care provider in daily practice while fulfilling the continuing medical education (CME) requirements of physician attendees. The program is intended to update the physician’s clinical and technical knowledge.

Conference Objectives are:
• Learn, review and update clinical and technical knowledge;
• Compare and relate medical knowledge and skills with those of your peers and experts;
• Discuss new information in the different areas of medicine and how that information will impact the care of your patients;
• Gain insight into the distinctive osteopathic approach to the practice of medicine;
• Evaluate clinical information as it applies to the care of your patients;
• Diagnose and treat illness as well as develop a plan for the prevention and/or therapeutic management of the various disorders presented.
