Course Description:
This course provides a comprehensive review of neuroradiology including spine, head and neck imaging.
Course material includes:
• Congenital disease, trauma, stroke and vascular imaging
• Neoplasms of the brain
• Head and neck, orbit and spine central nervous system (CNS) infections, with a systematic “pattern approach” to differential diagnosis
Course Objectives:
• Identify imaging characteristics of lesions involving the brain, spine, head and neck that allow for narrowing of the differential diagnosis
• Illustrate how the underlying pathology of the lesion contributes to its imaging characteristics
