Emerging Concepts in Home Dialysis and Kidney Disease is organized by UC Davis Health, UC Davis Conference and Event Services (CES) and will be held on Oct 05, 2018 at Hilton Sacramento Arden West, Sacramento, California, United States of America.

This inaugural UC Davis Nephrology CME Symposium pursues the advancement of knowledge in home dialysis therapies, the importance of residual renal function, and also brings cutting-edge updates in nephrology.
Course Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
• Describe recent progress in Home hemodialysis; Identify key elements in an urgent start dialysis program; Describe updates in Glomerulonephritis; Describe update in Acute Kidney Injury
• Apply new knowledge to the clinical experience; Identify challenges with various dialysis programs and Glomerulonephritis management; Apply algorithms for diagnosis and treatment of nephrology diseases
• Compare the pros and cons of new treatments; Demonstrate the use of the new therapies
