OVERVIEW

Emergency Medicine LIVE CME Conference is organized by CME4LIFE, Emergency Medicine Institute (EMI) and will be held from Jun 05 - 08, 2018 at The Westin Sarasota, Sarasota, Florida, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants interested in improving their acute care skills, emergency medicine professionals. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 24.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

The Emergency Medicine Institute conference series presents the latest in medical innovations for emergency medicine professionals. A panel of industry-leading emergency medicine experts will facilitate our interactive 4-day conference series. Conference material is designed to challenge your way of evaluating and approaching cases. Didactic presentations led by our team of Physicians, PAs and NPs will incorporate case study analysis, firsthand accounts of experiences in an emergency room setting and the latest in medical advancements to reinforce core concepts.

Learning Objectives:
• Discuss the best clinical practices for assessing, diagnosis and treating acutely ill patients.
• Attendees will be introduced to symptomology, diagnostic tools and treatment protocols for aortic aneurysms and dissections. Attendees will then be able to differentiate and diagnosis aortic aneurysms and dissections.
• Attendees will be introduced to symptomology, diagnostic tools and treatment protocols for acute coronary syndromes of unstable angina, NSTEMI and STEMI. Attendees will then be able to differentiate and diagnosis aortic aneurysms and dissections.
• Given a set of guidelines based on best clinical practices attendees will be able to perform a comprehensive physical exam for pulmonary patients. Attendees will also be able to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for pulmonary care based on their analysis.
• Given the results of an electrocardiogram, chest radiography students and computed tomography angiogram attendees will be able to analyze, interpret and discuss the results. Attendees will also be able to develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing these diagnostic tools.
• Given the results of CBC and CMP lab reports attendees will be able to analyze, interpret and discuss the results. Attendees will then be able to develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing these diagnostic tools.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Written cancellations received 30 or more days prior to the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee paid. Cancellations received less than 30 days, but prior to the conference start date will receive credit towards a future CME4Life conference of their choice. For cancellations received on or after the conference start date, 50% of the registration fee paid will be credited toward a future CME4Life conference.
