Advanced Revascularization Chapter XI (ARCH) is organized by Gaffney Events and will be held during Apr 12 - 14, 2018 at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, Saint Louis, Missouri, United States of America.

The target audience for this medical event is Interventional and General Cardiologists, Internists, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, General Surgeons, Primary Care Physicians, and Neurologists plus Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Ancillary staff. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 18.15 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

Conference Overview :
It focuses on evidence-based data, newer technological advances, case-based discussions, tips and tricks in complex cases, and innovative therapeutic strategies that will enable physicians to treat their patients with high-risk and complex coronary, peripheral vascular and structural anatomy. Attendees will learn from experts on the use of novel techniques and interventional tools, new CTO techniques, hemodynamic support during high-risk PCI and decompensated heart failure, coronary interventions, and novel intravascular coronary anatomy/physiology techniques. In addition, use of newer adjunctive imaging modalities to optimize coronary/ peripheral vascular outcomes will be presented. Percutaneous approaches to valvular and structural heart disease have evolved recently. Attendees will see live cases and participate in didactic sessions interacting with the top experts in the field.

Participants will observe live cases broadcast from both US and International sites and hear from world-renowned Faculty who will present their latest research data and share their expertise and experience. There will be a strong emphasis on participant-faculty interactions, where attendees will learn the latest advances in interventional cardiology.

Conference Objectives :
The objectives of the 2018 ARCH Symposium are presentations and discussions of current knowledge and practice of cardiac and peripheral percutaneous therapy. The intended result of this activity is increased knowledge, competence, performance, and skill and enhanced patient care.

At the end of this CME activity participants should be able to:
• Discuss interventional approaches to end-stage heart failure patients.
• Discuss interventional dilemmas / controversial cases of the day: instructive, unique and interesting cases by faculty members concentrating on procedural strategy and solutions to complications.
• Evaluate the development of new technology-imaging modalities, IVUS, OCT, MRA and CT angiography.
• Interpret the pivotal coronary disease management trials of the past year and how they can be applied to bedside patient management in 2017.
• Understand practical techniques relating to highly stenosed lesions and the use of percutaneous left ventricular assist devices (LVAD).
• Differentiate the distinction between the specific clinical features of appropriate use criteria and the evidence-based summaries on which PCI guidelines are developed.
• Discuss the indications, benefits and relative risk of radial artery based coronary interventions.
• Identify the role of adjunctive imaging and physiology for diagnosis and management of complex cardiovascular disease.
• Discuss strategies in improving quality and cost reduction in the modern cath lab.
• Define technically difficult & high-risk subsets.
• Discuss the relative role of transcatheter and surgical therapies for advanced structural heart disease, both valvular and non-valvular and atrial fibrillation.
• Appraise serious complications - how to avoid them, how to treat them.
• Understanding the risks of radiation and ways to minimize exposure.
