5th Annual Women's Health in Primary Care is organized by University of Calgary - Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development and will be held on Jun 01, 2018 at Best Western Plus Village Park Inn, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The target audience for this medical event is Family physicians, nurse practitioners and other primary care health professionals with an interest in women’s health.

Course Overview:
This course uses a blend of interactive plenaries and case-based large group workshops for a practical review and clinical updates across a range of women’s health issues in primary care. Topics range from domestic violence, non-surgical breast issues and interpreting results of cervical and ovarian investigations, to transgender medicine and sexual assault.
Course Objectives:
The intent of the conference is for learners to:
• demonstrate updates in diagnosis, treatment and management of women’s health issues that are commonly encountered in primary care
• recognize local resources that can support primary care in women’s health
• develop networks with colleagues and exchange information
