Theodore Jablonski MD, CCFP, FCFP

Dr. Ted Jablonski is an award-winning family physician based in Calgary, Alberta. Ted is a sought-after speaker, trainer, media spokesperson, and educator with many conferences, radio, television, video credits, and published articles. Jablonski has been consulting in sexual and transgender medicine for Southern Alberta for almost two decades. He continues to hold a number of primary care leadership roles as well as being Associate Director, Student Advising and Wellness at Cumming School of Medicine. He was awarded Outstanding Family Physician of the Year by the University of Calgary Dept. of Family Medicine in 2015. Ted successfully ran, cycled, and spoke across Canada in 2010 to raise awareness of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and the stigma of mental illness. “dr j” continues to moonlight as a multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, is a published author, and passionate emerging playwright. He is the creator and host of Writing DOC Retreats for Canadian physicians serious about writing.
