Course Description:
This nationally recognized five day course will provide a comprehensive pediatric board review to prepare you for board certification/recertification as well as offering MOC. The quality and breadth of content is also beneficial for individuals needing a thorough review of basic pediatric clinical information.
There are several unique features that set this review apart from the others. These include the use of an anonymous audience response system, which allows attendees to gauge their knowledge base and become familiar with board-type questions while attending the course. This also allows the lecturer to introduce topics in a question and answer format and highlight board examination relevant information. In addition, there are general pediatric and specialty-specific board simulation sessions, during which board questions/answers and rationale will be discussed and explained. Of special value are the study resources available to you. A complimentary App allows you to access speaker slides before, during, and after the review. These slides include board-relevant questions presented during the course.
Conference Objectives are :
• Acquire the core knowledge necessary to pass the pediatric board examination or recertification exam
• Devise a differential diagnosis for a specific patient presentation
• Interpret laboratory findings for a host of clinical presentations
• Construct a therapeutic plan for a specific patient presentation.
