Our 28th Annual Fall Conference on Hot Topics in Primary Carehas been designed to provide physicians, nurse practitioners, PAs and nurses with up-to-date and evidence-based clinical data in Primary Care. The goal of this conference is to increase knowledge and enhance the competence of attendees. Emphasis will be placed on practical application of the evidence-based topics presented
Conference format will include didactic lectures, smaller group breakout and interactive sessions, case studies, and question and answer sessions.
Objectives
As a result of participating in this conference, you should have

• Recognize and treat skin cancer
• Create a treatment plan for patients with depression
• Counsel patients on contraceptive methods and devices
• Recognize injuries that require referral to an orthopedic surgeon
• Identify and treat rheumatologic diseases such as fibromyalgia.
